The Economic Prosperity Center

offers a fresh approach to combating poverty by helping lower-income families achieve financial stability.

Based on proven national models that move families forward, 18 Hillsborough County nonprofit service providers--led by CDC of Tampa--joined together in 2015 with the support of United Way Suncoast to activate an integrated or "bundled" service delivery system to help local adults:

+ Find jobs and establish careers

+ Become more financially secure

+ Build assets for the future

Our bundled services approach provides a strategic blueprint to help people achieve long-term financial stability that allows them to support themselves and their families.

Specifically, it provides individuals with the tools to earn, keep and grow their income over time--by coordinating existing services in three key areas:

(1) Employment & Career Development

(2) Financial Coaching & Counseling

(3) Income Supports & Asset Accumulation

offers a fresh approach to combating poverty by helping lower-income families achieve financial stability.
